Today is Saturday, November 1st, and the day after Halloween! Yesterday was a very busy day for me that I'll get into later, but jeez I didn't go to sleep until after 2AM and I slept in until almost noon today, lol.
A lot seems to happen in just a week, there’s quite a bit that’s changed with my Tamas! It’s hard not to feel like the weeks just drag on sometimes, but when you actually sit down and write about it I think you start to realize just how much has happened within a short time frame. That’s how it has been for me, at least.
Daisy Lovers RV3
So last I left off, Lime the Violetchi married an Oyajitchi and had a baby boy. Well, now that baby is grown up! I named him Mikan (Japanese for Orange) on Sunday, October 26th. He evolved into Kuchitamatchi (FINALLY not a Tamatchi!), then on Monday the 27th he evolved into Hikotchi, and on Thursday the 30th Mikan evolved into ChoMametchi. I like ChoMametchi, it's a character I don't see very often but I appreciate! I used a lot of items on him to see his various sprites and they're pretty silly and cute. Also on Halloween he was visited by a floating Jack-O-Lantern!! I don't know if that sprite was on the original V3, but this was my first time seeing it on the RV3! I love the little holiday sprite animations, it makes the Tamagotchi devices feel more fleshed out.
Mikan is still with me right now, he is 6 years old but I don't think he's been visited by the matchmaker just yet? He very well might have been visited today, but I've been so busy and he's been in my pocket so I'm not sure.

Candy Rings V2
A lot happened with this device, similar to the Daisy Lovers RV3. Choco had left his baby boy and I started his son at the same time as Lime's son Mikan on Sunday, naming him Wafer. Choco was named after my favorite sweet snack: Chocorooms, so his son Wafer is named after my second favorite sweet snack: Pumpkin Spice rolled wafers!
Wafer evolved into Kinakomotchi, and I forgot just how cute he is! Kinakomotchi is another one of those characters I rarely ever see or get, but I love how cute it is and his silly little sprites.
On Monday the 27th he evolved into Young Mimitchi, one of my favorite teens! ANOTHER character I rarely ever get! I love the V2 and V3 character rosters so much, all of these characters are so good. I also found it funny that Kinakomotchi is bigger than Young Mimitchi! We'll just say Wafer had a lot of baby fat as a child xD
Wafer evolved into an adult on Thursday the 30th, almost around the same time as Mikan. He turned into Kabutchi, and whoever's reading this is gonna get tired of me saying this, but this is yet another character I never seem to get! Loool. Thinking about it, I'm honestly surprised Kabutchi didn't make a return on the Tamagotchi Paradise. His name means turnip and he seems to be some sort of plant or tuber, so he would've made perfect sense for the land field or the new Jade field. It's kind of sad just how many characters on the V2 have never made a return. I believe Kabutchi was on the Osutchi originally, so technically the V2 was his 'return', but it's been 20 years since then. If they make another re-release connection, I'd like to see a lot of the neglected/forgotten characters return.
This may be a bit of sad news, but I did take his batteries out and shelve him on Halloween, since he was only being run for the Halloween hatch on the Tamagotchi Collectors Discord server. I did make sure to get a lot of pictures of him in the end, though! And he's not gone forever, whenever I revisit this shell we'll see him again. :)

Dolphin V3
Fin the Violetchi got married to an Androtchi on Monday the 27th and had ANOTHER baby boy. I don't know if I'm ever going to get another girl across any of these devices. x_x Fin did leave his baby boy the night of Wednesday the 29th, but... I haven't named it yet. I've been so busy that I've kept him on the naming screen! It's been a hectic week and a hectic weekend, so I've been waiting to find the time to start the next generation. I also updated his growth chart sheet but it's on my steam deck, and I'm away from home right now so I can't get it, ugh. I'll upload it in the next post though.

Other Stuff
So, finally time to talk about everything that's been going on. This past week has been very busy at work due to it being the end of the month. My boyfriend had also been working on making a wedding cake for my coworker, since she's getting married this weekend. On Friday, AKA Halloween, I had an extremely busy day, got out of work early to go home and pack, we took the wedding cake to my coworker, then we drove 5 hours to my boyfriend's friend's house for Halloween weekend, where I am at now. While on the way we stopped at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere to have dinner, and I think I ate too much because afterwards I felt very sick to my stomach and had a mini panic attack (that sucked). ALSO, we took this trip last Halloween except it was much later at night, very dark, and I hit a coyote on the way, so I was worried about that happening again. We had more daylight this time, but we still didn't get to the friend's house until 10:00PM. THEN his friends wanted to go out to a bar and didn't want to leave, so we were out until the bar freaking closed at 2:00AM. I felt delirious, crashed as soon as we got back, and didn't wake up until almost noon today.
Today has also been non-stop. More friends arrived, then we all went to a music festival, then to a pumpkin patch/petting zoo/fall festival thing, then to a Japanese restaurant for dinner, and now we're finally back at the house. I am NOT the type of person that can always be going from one thing to the next, trying to cram as many activites into a short time, so this type of thing is exhausting for me. That isn't to say that I'm not thankful for or unhappy to have these experiences, but it's more stressful for me and bad for my anxiety. I know it's hard to plan trips due to work though so you kind of HAVE to fit everything into the little amount of time you have... If it were up to me I'd have a week per trip and stretch activites out over time with plenty of breaks. I need relaxation.
Oh yeah, I did get a couple of new Tama-related things this past week. The Clovers RV3 I ordered came in the mail! I ordered it off of Aliexpress and it came in Chinese packaging, so now I have RV3 packaging from the US, Japan, and China! I think that's pretty cool, seeing the differences up close. I also got a Mimitchi-themed Otamatone, because they did a collaboration with Tamagotchi! It's a mini Otamatone and can only play preset songs, but it's still very cute and I'm happy to have it for my collection. And lastly, a friend of my boyfriend recently came back from Japan, and they got me a Mimitchi keychain and Pochitchi pocket mirror! They're so cute, I ended up putting the Mimitchi keychain on my Dolphin V3. I'm not sure what to do with the Pochitchi pocket mirror, but I am very glad to have it, so I put it in my display case for now.
The TC server started a new hatch today that I want to take part in: the Translucent shells hatch. I have a custom RV3 shell that I brought with me on this trip to start for the hatch, but again, I haven't had the time to do that. :/ I miiight start it tonight, but I won't be able to write about it until next time. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens!
